Ingleton Wood assists clients in all sectors in planning for and implementing a variety of repair and maintenance works. With the guiding aim of maintaining and enhancing built assets to permit planned budgeting and consistent operation.
Our planned maintenance advice is an essential asset management tool to clients, providing future cost certainty whilst also ensuring economic efficiencies and minimising disruption to occupants. Our building surveying as well as services engineering expertise provides a co-ordinated approach which is tailored to the circumstances and requirements of each client.
In instances of defects occurring and material or component failure, we often prepare defect analysis reports. These inspections can be visual in nature but with selected opening up, specialist involvement, testing and analysis.
Further to these reporting stages, we have extensive experience in implementing the repair and maintenance works. This involves us developing designs and specifications, seeking competitive tenders and acting as contract administrators, all in a collegiate and collaborative manner that is fully transparent.
